Start training with a moderate intensity. You can increase the intensity of your exercise as you start feeling better.

At your own pace

Listen to your body

Control your breathing and the position of your body to avoid overloads and unnecessary tensions. If you feel unwell during an exercise, reduce intensity and pause for a moment. You can finish the practice another time.

Before and after workout

Spend some time preparing your body for the activity that you will engage in. After finishing the workout, stretch the muscles you have worked. You’ll feel better and you’ll reduce the risk of injury.

Be constant and create a habit 

Exercise alone won’t help you to reach your goals

Complement your workout routine with healthy and balanced diet that will help you to reach your goals, whether you are looking to lose some weight, gain muscle, toning, maintenance, etc. Don’t forget to stay hydrated and drink water during the day, especially if you are physically active. Also, remember that rest is essential. Get 7 to 9 hours of sleep to reach your maximum levels of performance.
