You can continue using Trainingym for management and your clients will be able to view the results of the training from the same app. Users will also be able to record outdoor workouts through the Strava app.
Handlebar elbow support
The elbow support handlebar provides another point of support during training, while the posture adopted allows the muscles, such as the gluteus muscles, to be targeted.
Mirror Cast Function
Fenx technology includes the Mirror Cast function that allows the transmission of multimedia content from your mobile phone to the console screen. Immediately and without complications, replicate your mobile screen on the console.
Training programs and physical tests
The console has 7 predefined programs, 4 HRC programs and several Physical Tests, as well as a Watts and Quick Start program that allows you to train without having to log in with Log In.
