Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

COMERCIAL SALTER, S.A. will be responsible for the processing of the personal data of those PEOPLE who have proceeded to create a profile on any of its social networks, and they will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD),  and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), providing the following information on the processing:

What do we process your personal data for?

Purpose of the processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and COMERCIAL SALTER, S.A. (hereinafter the CONTROLLER) which may include the following operations:

To process requests and queries made to the person in charge

Inform about activities and events organized by the person in charge

To inform about products or services offered by the controller

Interact through official profiles

When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social networks, the USERS will be informed about the purpose of the data collection, as well as about their rights in relation to their personal data. Personal data will be used only for the purposes stated and will be kept securely.

Legal Basis for Processing: the explicit consent granted by the USER for the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR). On the other hand, the USER can access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: they will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

Communication of data: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER's social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services that the USER uses, so that it may be publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, see the permissions that have been granted, delete or deactivate them, like any third-party application that they no longer want to use.

However, no communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is foreseen, except if it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights that assist the USER: they may only be satisfied in relation to that information that is under the control of the RESPONSIBLE PERSON.

Right to withdraw consent at any time.

Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and of limitation or opposition to its processing.

The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

The RESPONSIBLE will carry out the following actions:

Access to public profile information.

Publication in the USER's profile of all the information already published on the CONTROLLER's social network.

Send personal and individual messages through social network channels.

Updates to the status of the page that will be published on the USER's profile.

The USER can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to them and restrict who they share their connections with; To do this, you must access your settings where you will find different configuration possibilities in relation to the degree of privacy of the user profile on the social network.

The purpose of social networks is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy.

The USER, once they are a follower or have joined the CONTROLLER's social network, may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The USER in all cases must be the owner of the published content, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that attempt or are likely to violate morals, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the Law, is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or content on company profiles will not be tolerated. The Company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and block responsible users.

In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The RESPONSIBLE party will not be responsible for the content that the USER has freely published.

The USER must bear in mind that their publications will be known to other users, so they themselves are primarily responsible for their privacy.

The images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.

It is recommended to review and read the conditions of use and privacy policy of each social network at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for registration.

Likewise, the RESPONSIBLE party will be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or people with special abilities and whose access should be carried out under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.

The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
