Arms are one of the body parts that most suffer the effects of aging: sagging, lack of flexibility, and more. Therefore, it is important to know a series of exercises to work out your arms at home. These are very simple activities but are very effective in achieving firm and well-defined arms. Push-ups This is a very simple exercise that everyone should do daily. It works the chest and triceps. To do it, lie face down and place your palms on the floor, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Then, simply push the floor to raise your body and, finally, lower slowly. Bicep Curls This is a basic activity to work out the biceps at home. The correct posture for this exercise is standing with slightly bent knees. Military Press: also known as shoulder press, involves lifting weight above your head. Stand with slightly bent knees. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at ear level. Then, push them slowly towards the ceiling until your arms are fully extended. Finally, return to the starting position gradually. Dips For this exercise, you need a chair. Stand with your back to the chair and place your hands on the seat with your fingers facing your body. Once in this position, bend your elbows to lower with your back straight, and push the chair down to raise back up.
