Introduction to Fit Record® App

Fit Record® App is Salter's app that allows users to easily and efficiently record, track and optimise their workouts. Designed to connect with our smart equipment, it offers real-time data, progress history and access to personalised routines..

APP registration

When you open Fit Record® for the first time, you will find a welcome screen where you can create your account quickly and securely:
Simply enter your email address and a personal password to ensure the privacy of your data. You can also sign up for a Google or Apple account (if you are using an iPhone).


Customised experience

Key personal data: Height, age and weight. If you have our Bluetooth X-1 scale, the APP will automatically connect and update your weight without you having to type anything.

As soon as you fill in these details, the system will adapt your user profile. From setting your performance goals to training and nutrition recommendations, everything will be optimised according to your physical profile and goals.

Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you all the information you need at a glance:

Summary of activity:
- Smart filters: Visualise your daily, weekly or monthly activity: weight lifted, calories burned, training hours...
- BMI Status: Real-time graph showing your Body Mass Index and its evolution, with visual guidance if you fall out of the optimal range.

Add trainings manually:
- Quick machine selection: Choose the equipment not connected to S CLOUD from the drop-down list (treadmill, treadmill, bike, rowing, etc.) and register your session instantly.

Scan QR on Fenx and Essence Connect products

- Scan & Go: In the APP, press the scanner button and select ‘Identify Me’ on the machine. Then tap the QR icon and scan the code on the screen of any Fenx or Essence Connect machine with the APP.
- Automatic synchronisation: All your training parameters (distance, power, etc.) are uploaded to your S CLOUD profile without errors or typing.

This functionality ensures that your data is 100% reliable and eliminates the friction between session and registration, improving your experience and loyalty to the ecosystem.


Activity history

S CLOUD saves and presents your evolution in a clear and motivating way:

- Global summary: Access a timeline with your accumulated physical activity, your weights and the progression of each metric.
- Advanced filters: Browse by date range or type of training (cardio, strength) to compare periods and view your personal records.
- Interactive graphics: Activity view: kilos lifted, kcal burned, hours spent, etc. Body composition: evolution of muscle weight, fat, water, bone mass, BMI, BMR and BMI.
- Health traffic light: When inspecting your weighing, a colour system (green/yellow/red) tells you at a glance whether each parameter is within the recommended ranges.

Training plan

When the trainer assigns you a routine, S CLOUD converts that plan into an interactive calendar in your APP:

Calendar view:
- View your weekly programmes with all your planned workouts.
- Identify cardio or strength days and check which exercises you will have to do.

Automatic synchronisation with equipment:
- When you identify yourself on the screen of any Fenx or Essence Connect machine (‘Identify me’ button → QR icon → scan), the screen recognises the exercise that corresponds to you that day.
- The system automatically adjusts parameters: target by calories, time, distance or by sets/reps, according to your trainer's plan.

Step-by-step guide:
- The machine displays the next exercise in your routine.
- At the end of each set, the APP records your data and moves on to the next exercise without you having to intervene manually.

Functionalities for the trainer

In the S CLOUD environment, the gym trainer has an advanced control panel that allows him/her to:

Creation and customisation of routines:
- Design customised training programmes for you, choosing exercises, sets, repetitions and rest times.
- Adjust parameters (load, duration, intensity) according to the level and individual objectives of each athlete.
- Adjust the weeks and number of days of work.

Monitoring progress:
- View the progress of your physical activity (training volume, calories burned, hours...) and the evolution of your weights (body weight and composition).
- Access detailed reports: weekly comparisons, whether your progress is higher or lower than expected, and progress curves for strength and endurance.

Personalised follow-up:
- Make real-time adjustments: if it detects that your performance drops or rises sharply, it can instantly modify your routine to keep you on track.
